Join Our Team in Minneapolis, MN

Priority Water Damage Minneapolis is growing. We are looking for dedicated professionals who want to make a real difference in people's lives during difficult moments.

Why Work in Restoration?

Water damage restoration is not a typical desk job. Our team members respond to real emergencies, solve technical challenges on every project, and help families recover from some of the most stressful events they will ever face. The work is physical, the hours can be unpredictable, and the learning curve is steep — but the impact you make is immediate and tangible.

When a family is standing in two inches of water at midnight, stressed and unsure what to do, you are the person who shows up, takes control of the situation, and starts making it better. That is what this job is about.

What We Offer

  • IICRC certification training: We invest in your professional development. New technicians receive paid training leading to WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) certification, with opportunities to earn additional certifications including ASD, AMRT, and more.
  • Competitive compensation: Pay reflects the demands of the work, including on-call responsibilities and emergency response requirements.
  • Career growth: As our company grows across the Twin Cities metro, there are clear paths from technician to project manager to operations leadership.
  • Equipment and tools: You work with professional-grade equipment — truck-mounted extractors, commercial dehumidifiers, thermal imaging cameras, and moisture monitoring systems.
  • Team environment: Restoration work is team work. You will work alongside experienced professionals who take pride in doing the job right.
